I moved in almost a month ago. The park itself is nice, and kinda small. Only 81 lots total, and it's not full at the moment. There are lots of kids so my kids are loving it, and it's really quiet here at night which surprised me for a trailer park. The only downfall to living here is the maintenance. There were several repairs needed on my trailer before I moved in that I was assured would be done A.S.A.P. It took 3 weeks for me to get a shower head for either of the two showers. There had been a major water leak from the washer line, and the wall was full of black mold. We repaired it for the most part, but the drywall has yet to be replaced. All four kitchen drawers are broken, many pieces of missing trim, the front screen door was broken, no door on the master bedroom, and a few rows of missing siding. So basically, maintenance sucks, but if you are handy and can do minor repairs yourself then it's not a bad place to live.
